Job Description:
As a Restoration Project Manager, you will be overseeing and coordinating restoration projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. As a restoration project manager you will manage emergency claims including water damage, fire damage to both residential and commercial properties. Some other duties are:
- Perform site inspections to determine remediation scope
- Remaining accessible to clients, staff, and trades in a timely manner is required
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and monitor receivables for each project
- Ensuring projects are being handled in a professional and efficient manner
- Able to meet deadlines while working alone and in a team environment
- Experience leading a crew
- Onsite supervision and scheduling of staff and trades
- Communicating with Fire & Flood estimators and managers to help meet KPI’s within various systems
- Ensures scope of work is being followed as per quoting process to ensure timelines and project budgets are accurate
- Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance companies
Requirements:
- A copy of your driver’s license and criminal record check are required upon hire.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in budgeting, time management, and project planning
- Leadership capabilities with team management experience
- Restoration / Insurance experience
- Experience with Xactimate, Encircle and XactAnalysis (preferred)
- 3-5 years Project Management (Water/Fire Damage) (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
